Who should I contact if I want to find out about how the school supports my child?
At St Mary and St Benedict school there is a SENCo – Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator or is also called an Inclusion leader.
Hi I am the SENCO/Inclusion leader Mrs Sharman. My role is to ensure that our school meets the needs of children with SEND. If you have any concerns about your child please contact me at the school either in person or on the phone.
I lead the parent consultation meetings with your child’s class teacher, yourself, and if appropriate your child where we discuss your child’s strengths and areas of concern, from this an action plan is created which everyone is part of and accountable for.
