How do I know if a child has SEND?
Our teachers monitor and assess children's progress regularly. If your child has SEND your child’s class teacher would inform you and as part of the parent consultation meeting would together, discuss your child’s needs and put in place support at school and for you at home. The school make seek advice and/or ask for specific work from Outside agencies such as Speech and Language therapy, Learning and Wellbeing Support Service, Educational Psychologist to support your child, in this instance we would discuss this with you.
